
The Bayes Centre has 16 meeting rooms that are bookable by University of Edinburgh staff and Bayes Centre residents using our online booking system Booker.
Bookable desk spaces are available on the 3rd and 4th floor of the Bayes Centre to resident organisations and Venture Builder Incubator and AI Accelerator cohorts. These desks must be booked through our online booking system Booker and are available to both our resident organisations and bookable desk members.

The Bayes Centre is required to process your data in order to provide a desk and meeting room booking system and offer access to the Bayes Centre building. It will be used for the purpose of charging and to determine space utilisation.
Information collected will be stored in a secure system that is locally managed. Data will not be shared with anyone outside the University of Edinburgh. Records will be retained for 12 months.
